A daily lunch with us costs from € 8.95 per person per day, from 10 people. A single lunch costs from € 12.95 pp, breakfast from € 9.45 pp and a drinks platter for 8 to 12 people from € 44.95. Delivery is € 20.95 per drop inside the A10. All prices exclude VAT.

What the price depends on
What sets the price of office catering?

How many people
Daily lunch and a single lunch start at 10 people. Combine two dishes and it is at least 20 people per dish. A smaller group can go for a drinks platter.

How often
A standing lunch starts lower per person than a single one: from € 8.95 against € 12.95. You choose two, three or five days a week and pause it in holiday weeks. Read more about the daily lunch and a single lunch.

The menu
Chef's Menu costs € 13.95 pp, Warm Dish € 10.45 at half veg, half meat. Fully vegetarian saves € 1.50 pp on Warm Dish. What is on the table this week is in the weekly menu. Regular clients can also put together their own mix in the combo tool.

Where your office is

Serving staff
We deliver the lunch so it is ready in a few minutes. Want one of us to set up and top up the buffet? Book a host: € 35.95 per hour, at least 4 hours.

Returns and tableware
We take empty crates and reusable tableware back on a next delivery, for € 9.25 per delivery. A separate pick-up trip is charged as a delivery. Tableware and deposit are in the pricelist.

Lunch for your team is untaxed as long as it fits within your free space, or when your employee pays at least € 4.05 per lunch. Each lunch counts for € 4.05, whatever it costs.

What does office catering cost per person?
A daily lunch costs from € 8.95 per person per day, a single lunch from € 12.95 pp and breakfast from € 9.45 pp. Delivery comes on top: € 20.95 per drop inside the A10. All excluding VAT; the full list is in the pricelist.
What does an office lunch cost per employee per month?
For a team of 15 that gets a vegetarian Warm Dish every working day, it comes to about € 215 per employee per month, delivery included (21 working days × € 10.35). With the Chef's Menu it is about € 320. The bigger the team, the less delivery weighs per person. If your employee pays € 4.05 per lunch, the lunch stays untaxed; see the WKR page.
What does an in-house staff restaurant cost compared with a caterer?
With an in-house staff restaurant you pay for a kitchen, equipment, permanent cooks and the space on top of the food, including on days when few people are in. That mostly pays off for large offices that are full every day. With a caterer like DIS you pay per person for the days you order, from € 8.95 pp per day and from 10 people, with no kitchen or staff needed at the office.
Do the prices include VAT?
No, every price on our site excludes VAT. The invoice shows the VAT separately.
What does delivery cost?
€ 20.95 per drop inside the A10, € 26.95 in Amsterdam Noord inside the A10 and € 30.95 outside the ring, including the Zuidas. For a daily lunch that is one drop per day, for the whole team. Check your postcode and you will know for your address.
Is there a minimum number of people?
Yes, 10 people for the daily lunch and for a single lunch. For a smaller group you can order a drinks platter (8 to 12 people) or give us a call.
Does serving staff cost extra?
Yes. We deliver the lunch so it is ready in a few minutes, and we collect everything afterwards. A host who sets up and tops up the buffet costs € 35.95 per hour, at least 4 hours.
Is lunch for the team taxed?

Can we try it first?
Yes. The daily lunch starts with a no-strings trial lunch of up to three days, at 25% off. If it is not for you, it stops there.
