Common questions
What does event catering cost per person?
A meeting lunch starts at € 12.95 pp. Breakfast starts at € 9.45 pp, a drinks platter for 8 to 12 people at € 44.95 per platter and a hot dinner at € 25.00 pp. Prices exclude VAT and delivery; delivery is € 20.95 inside the A10, € 26.95 in Noord and € 30.95 outside it, per delivery. Do you set up and serve on location?
Yes. We deliver, set up quietly on location, and can add a host or hostess to serve during your event. Host service is from € 35.95 per hour. We cater drinks and events in Noord and around the ArenA in Zuidoost too: see Amsterdam Noord and Zuidoost for delivery fees per postcode.
How far in advance should we book?
For lunch and drinks we need two working days, ordered before 15:00. So a request on Tuesday can be on the table on Thursday. For a large event or an extensive hot buffet we would rather plan a week ahead, but do call: if the kitchen has room, we will say yes.
Can you handle dietary needs and allergies?
Yes. Vegetarian and vegan options are standard, and our kitchen is externally HACCP-audited. Tell us about allergies or diets when you enquire and we plan around them. All allergens are present in our kitchen, so for a very severe allergy we are not the right kitchen.
