Amsterdam Zuidoost is one of the fastest-growing corners of the city. Around Bijlmer ArenA station, residential and office towers are shooting up, and every year new companies and hotels land on Amstel III. DIS delivers the daily office lunch there, freshly made, by electric van from our own Amsterdam kitchen. On the days you choose, delivered before your lunch break.
Zuidoost is a lot more than the Johan Cruijff ArenA, Ziggo Dome and AFAS Live, even if those put the area on the map worldwide. Around Bijlmerplein, the heart of the Amsterdamse Poort shopping centre, thousands of people work in the offices above and around it, ING has its head office on the Cumulus Park campus, and Amsterdam UMC's AMC campus is a small city in its own right. And then there is Amstel III: the old single-use office strip between the railway and the A2 is rapidly turning into a mixed district where homes, offices and hotels sit side by side, with the Hondsrugpark as its green spine in the making. If you have just moved into a new office here, we deliver lunch there too.

How the daily office lunch works in Zuidoost
We deliver across Zuidoost by electric van every day, from ArenAPoort and the Amsterdamse Poort to Amstel III, Bullewijk and the AMC; on event days we plan the route well around the crowds.

Concert at the Ziggo Dome or a home game at the ArenA? We know the busy days around ArenAPoort and plan the route so your lunch is in place well before the crowds, at your reception or goods entrance.

Allergens on every dish
Vegetarian-forward, made fresh that same morning in our own HACCP-audited kitchen. Every dish on the live weekly menu is labelled with the EU-14 allergens; vegan, gluten-free and allergies are planned in ahead of time. For a very severe allergy we are not the right kitchen.

Grows with you
You pick the fixed days, two or three a week is fine, and adjust numbers up to two working days ahead, before 3 PM. Team moving to a bigger floor or growing fast? Lunch simply scales with you.

Office lunch in Amsterdam Zuidoost: common questions
What does an office lunch in Zuidoost cost?
What lunch costs per person depends on what you choose: every price is on the price list. The daily lunch is for groups of 10 people or more. Zuidoost lies outside the A10, so delivery is € 30.95 per delivery, excluding VAT. If you start with a trial lunch, you get 25% off for up to three days.
What if there is a match or a concert at the ArenA?
Then we plan the route well around it. We deliver in the half-hour slot we agreed together. If you already know a day will be tricky, for example because of road closures, let us know and we will look at the timing together.
Do you also deliver to the AMC and Amstel III?
Yes, across Zuidoost: from the AMC and Bullewijk to Amstel III, the Bijlmerplein and ArenAPoort. We deliver to reception or the goods entrance, at the spot we agree on before the first delivery.
We are just moving into a new office. How soon can we start?
After the trial lunch we usually start within a week. For the first delivery we need the address, access details and a contact person at least three working days ahead. If the team grows after that, you raise the number per delivery day, up to two working days ahead.
Do you also cater drinks and events around the ArenA?
Yes. Team drinks after work in Amstel III or a catered lunch on a concert day is possible from 10 people, without a contract. With service, a host joins you, from € 35.95 per hour (four hours minimum). See the options under event catering. Do you also deliver to Diemen and Duivendrecht?
Yes. Like Zuidoost, Diemen and Duivendrecht lie outside the A10, so delivery there is € 30.95 per delivery too. Only in Duivendrecht-Noord (postcode 1114) does the ring run right through the area; there it depends on which side of the A10 your address is.
