How we make it work.
Ordering is a breeze! The office manager runs our plug-and-play online software or each employee can schedule their own presence or absence, and official non-severe allergies. We deliver directly to your office, studio or meeting space, mostly by electrical vehicles. Our meals are packed in sustainable reusables, or are assembled at the restaurant on-site where our staff presents appealing buffets for team from fifty people.
Regarding to allergies, our menus are marked with symbols, and we take great effort to cook separately packed meals. Allergies we can cook for are the fourteen listed EU allergens, plus vegetarian, vegan and pork-free. To ensure the continued quality of our handmade food, other diets and allergens are unfortunately not possible.
Please note that we work in a beautiful, busy production kitchen, not in a laboratory. We adhere to high standards of food safety and hygiene. Our meals are prepared in a kitchen that follows strict sanitation practices. While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, please note that our kitchen handles various ingredients and allergens and traces of all allergens may be present in our kitchen. If any of your team members has the bad luck of having a severe allergies, we can’t guarantee the safeness of them.
EU allergen list: cereals containing gluten (wheat, rye, barley, oats), crustaceans (e.g. crabs, prawns, lobsters), eggs, fish, peanuts, soybeans, milk, nuts, celery, mustard, sesame seeds, sulphur dioxide and sulphites (at concentrations of more than 10 mg/kg or 10 mg/l in terms of total sulphur dioxide – used as a preservative), lupin and molluscs, (e.g. mussels, oysters, squid, snails.
