What is Daily Office Catering?
If you have a large office of 50 plus employees and no catering facilities, DIS will deliver catering on a daily basis, five days a week. Providing you with an extensive and varied warm lunch, following a set menu. You can expect to have a warm meal, a grain, salad, vegetables, bread and dips, dessert, plus extra goodies thrown in. I have less than 50 employees can I still order the ‘Daily Office Catering’?
We require a minimum order of 50 employee’s for Daily Office Catering. We do take one off orders as well, which are subject to a minimum spend. Please fill out our enquiry form and send back to us and we’ll ensure to get back to you as soon as possible.
What are the maximum numbers of people you can provide the ‘Daily Office Catering’ to?
We can provide lunch for a minimum of 50 people to a maximum of 500. However if you have more do get in contact and we’ll see if we can find a solution.
We have members of staff with allergies or food intolerance, is it still possible to provide for them?
Absolutely, we aim to provide to all people’s needs, within reason. For the business lunch we follow a set menu and have vegetarian, vegan options within that menu and where possible will make allowances for employees with food allergies/ intolerances.
I have an event next week, can you provide for that or do you only do business lunches?
We also provide for one of event catering, if you have an event coming up we provide lunch, dinner and hapjes, so please do just get in touch, or alternatively fill out our enquiry form.
How do I pay?
For Daily Office Catering DIS ask for a two week 50% deposit of the overall monthly fee. DIS will send the company an invoice every week, in which you have 14 days to pay.
Does DIS have a notice period to be able to complete a catering?
Yes we require five working days prior to the event to accept the booking and three working days to make any changes to the booking. Of course we will try our best to accommodate our clients where possible.
Do you have a cancellation fee?
We’ll send you terms and conditions along with an offer, If you fail to notify us five working days in advance of your cancellation the client will incur a cancellation fee of 50% the overall booking fee. With less than 48 hours notice of your cancellation the client will incur a fee of 100% the booking fee.
Do we have to pay for delivery?
DIS work with green/low carbon couriers E-Bakkie, we ‘ll charge you a percentage of the delivery fee and we absorb the rest for delivery and return of our equipment.
Do we have to have our own serving utensils?
The food is sent to every office in chafing dishes, and bowls which are set up by a member of the DIS team. We provide serving spoons and napkins. You can order biodegradable plates and cutlery and take-away boxes for leftover food from us for a small fee.
